-Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days of cleared payment and during a typical week we ship on Fridays. If your order has not shipped out within that time frame it probably means we're extra busy and hustling to get your order out asap! -Order confirmations are sent to the email used to place the order. They are sent out as soon as your order is placed and paid for successfully. Can't find your order confirmation? Check your junk mailbox!
-We ship to the address you provide! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Please double check all information is correct!
-US orders valued under $50 USD will be shipped via USPS First Class mail and usually arrive within 5-7 business days once mailed.
-US orders valued over $50 USD will be shipped via USPS Priority mail and usually arrive within 1-3 business days once mailed. Priority mail is insured via USPS for up to $100.
-Once an order is marked “delivered” we cannot be held responsible if you did not receive it. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders marked delivered. If your order is marked delivered and you cannot find it double check the mailing address on your order and contact your mail carrier immediately. If delivered to an apartment contact your mailroom immediately. In the rare case your order goes missing, is lost or stolen, contact the USPS to make a claim.
-If you wish to ship using Signature Confirmation please let us know at time of ordering by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request.
-All international orders are shipped via USPS International mail and take 7-20 days to arrive. We do our best to keep international shipping costs as low as possible, however international orders may be subject to additional customs fees which the buyer is responsible for paying.
-Tracking is available for all shipments. We send tracking info to the email address used to place your order. Can't find your tracking info? Check your junk mailbox! Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. It is the USPS's responsibility to deliver the package to you. Please contact USPS for any claims regarding missing, lost, or damaged mail.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Please feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like before placing an order. If it turns out something isn't quite what you were expecting, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for qualifying orders. Please review our exchange and return policies below.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Swimwear must be unused and have original hygienic protective sticker intact.
We cannot accept returns and exchanges for:
-Socks, underwear and headwear.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery without prior notification of return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are "final sale".

While we try to make returns as easy as possible, we do not cover return shipping costs at this time. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
